The Property located in Lancaster Texas Pleasant Creek Apartments is being Managed by a Drug user and We have had consistent Hot Water outages for over 2 months and have not had any Hot water for over the last week. If the Management Company doesn't make changes they are going to loose lots of long term residents. Also, Code Compliance is now involved and will be issuing fines very soon.

I wouldn’t recommend working with This company. I worked with Kevin Fredenburg as my leasing agent, Kyle Hill as my property manager and Dianne Turner as the regional property manager. They moved me into an apartment that wasn’t equipped with heat. It took almost half a month for anyone to even come and look at the issue only to find out that it wasn’t possible to get heat in that unit at all. We have made the unit unavailable since this has occurred, and have given a full refund, however, we are unable to pay for moving costs. Half a month is too long to go without heat and for the issue to be addressed. Please know we that we are doing everything in our power to ensure that this does not happen again. the location and price is nice and its a very cute apartment, but there's very few outlets and 2 of them are single 2 prong very old outlets. the bathtub and sink are painted so that chips when u use them. the ceiling and window sill in my bathroom poor water. I've been here a year with them patching the roof or my ceiling when I tell them. found out a month ago that its the clogged gutters that was causing the water to pool above my apartment. they told me that this summer they were being replaced. then I get a paper under ... read more

Absolutely would NOT recommend to anyone. First of all, they switch property managers without even contacting their tenants. Meaning any type of contact gets ignored by them due to lack of communication. Secondly, there maintenance crew is as RUDE as can be, not to mention they would plow us in our parking spots during the winter. They barely shovel. Peeling paint from the walls It took nearly 3 months to receive my security deposit after several calls, letters and emails. Then had the nerve to charge me $100 for painting! W... read more

what a frikkin nightmare !! upstairs neighbors party until 5am. One self entitled family can NOT park legally. they tell me to call the towing company !! but their contract doesn't allow that. this is EVERY DAY !!! All manager does is put an orange warning sticker on. .... they don't screen who they have here... As long as they pay rent. ...
