We drove in from the bay area late last night. Upon arrival, our room, 2355, reeked of marijuana. When we notified the front desk, she said "it's a non smoking room, of course it smelled like marijuana." No apology for the inconvenience. We were moved to another room and upon arrival, we didn't have toilet paper are only one set of towels. We eventually got the toilet paper and towels, but again no apology. Was sent an offer for a one night accommodation for being a frequent player. When I tried to redeem was told that the dates clearly printed on the promotion weren't true. Thanks for waisting my time. Will spend my money at the GSR from now on!
Cocktail waitresses were great! We spent a few hours playing poker in the poker room, until we were called, completely unwarranted, cheaters by a Silver Legacy Casino employee that was off the clock and playing poker at the time as well. The dealer, nor the poker room manager cared at all that their fellow employees were calling visiting poker players cheaters. It was uncalled for and completely rude and absurd. We will never play in the Silver Legacy Poker room again.
For the price bing charged (178) you would think their rooms would be nicer and the very minimum cleaner. We walked up to our room (1571) and were greeted by a hallways full of dishes and a broken refrigerator. Get into our room and discover half the lighting doesn’t work and others provided little light. Bathroom was disgusting. Had human hair every where and dust caked on the walls from all the steam the bathroom has seen over months I am sure. Shower head looked like something out of a gym locker room.
