Bathroom looked like it wasn't cleaned. Hair on floor, mold around tub! Time to replace and renovate. Very diappointed with this stay.

Was very disappointed this trip. We stay at Silver Legacy 4 to 5 times a year. Never had such bad customer service. We booked a premium king room and was given a queen. When we checked in, front desk never said anything about change in room we reserved. Went to service desk to get assistance with the change in room and that had to be the rudest employee ever. She went and got front desk manager on duty, but she was of equal No help. So we kept the room, but as soon as you open the door you seen the bad mattress with the majo... read more
Just no happy with my Room no ridge no safe and dinner was no good
Not my best weekend ever, but would give it about 2.5 stars if able. The smoke, musty air and mildew smell in the resort was very overwhelming and the fake chemical scent that they ventilate throughout the buildings just makes it worse. We both had serious sinus problems all weekend and couldn't wait to leave to get some fresh air. The shower and toilet were absolutely ancient and the bed sheets had drops of blood on them... just gross. The bath towels were extremely mildewy-smelling and made my hair stink. The “non smoking room” was smoky the air exchange was so bad in the rooms my nose was constantly stuffy, the bed mattresses were so old there was no support my body is sore even from 2 days ago, there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, and when I reserved the room they said it would have them in the room. When I complained about the not having a microwave or refrigerator she said they could at least have a refrigerator sent to the room but when we got back to the room later that night “NOTHING”. Service was awful, food wasn't fresh and tasted awful. Spent $96 after gratuity for family of 4. Biggest waste of money. Wish we had gone somewhere else. Will never go back.
I'm surprised at the condition of my room. My sheets I My bed had holes in the sheets, my shower curtain was dirty and the was so uncomfortable. The room was dated and had a horrible musty smell. The old mattress was covered by only a sheet and thin blanket. I honestly expected a lot more for what I paid. The room was way over priced for a non-event night in Reno. I would not got back unless the Silver Legacy did some major renovations.
Nice place, but the pillows old and flat and the water pressure in the shower sucked ass.
