Difficult to check in early. Beds uncomfortable. Only one coffee in the room. Won't be staying there again. Stains on wall in bathroom
No microwave or refrigerator. (They will rent you a refrigerator for $10 per day, but didn't have any available. I was put on a waiting list and never got one. The bell desk will let you use their microwave, but it's filthy.) The valet gushed over my Tesla and promised to charge it. (The have 2 destination chargers.) I would be hard pressed to ever want to stay here again. Staff though nice were not very knowledgeable. Room was clean, but TV kept loosing sound. Was surprised there was not a refrigerator or safe in the room. Very noisy. Could hear people in next room thru the vents.

my reservation was lost in the system completely after having booked online directly on their website back in june. they couldn't find me at all when checking in. They told me to wait 15 minutes, then someone would call me up to guest services. no one ever came and got me, so I took it upon myself to go to guest services. eventually got a room but not the one i had originally booked. they didn't have it available supposedly. I will NEVER stay at this Resort again. It was a horrible experience. We were quoted one price had to pay for one night in advance. When we got to registration i was told we had to pay $46 extra a night for resort fees and $50 a night for incidentals! What the hell kind of shit is that! We budgeted our trip and this extra cost was not expected. The manager Myra wasvery rude. Tanya was very helpful NEVER AGAIN!
Arrived on Sunday and had to request a room change due to finding a dead bed bug on the mattress-I always inspect my room before bringing in my suitcase and unpacking. I was moved to another room down the hall but noticed they rented the bug room within the hour. This tells me the room was not treated. Tonight, I call the front desk because I can smell cigarette smoke through the AC. I booked a non-smoking room. The smoke in the room was overwhelming. They sent housekeeping up with Febreze or equivalent to make it all better. Now it was smoke plus chemicals. Oy! But apart from not wanting to spend a second longer in my room than I had to, it wasn't a bad place.
