We JUST checked into this hotel for the Marine Corps Ball hosted at the Atlantis and let me tell you... aside from the woman who checked me in, EVERYONE has been extremely unhelpful and rude. We thought about having the birthday ball her and I️ am SOO glad we didn’t. This is how they treat their veterans DURING Veteran’s day weekend. As far as the service it was good. The jacuzzi suite was small, no ventalation in the room either. Late in the night was able to hear people fighting and running in the hallway. I will not stay in the Silver Legacy as a guest ever again. I will stay at my normal hotel, Circus Circus or the PepperMill.
Walked into our room and was overwhelmed by the pot smoke. Called and asked if we could get another room and the staff was less than helpful, and really rude. I'll be staying at another resort and gambling my money there.
Haven't been to Reno in about 18 years. Was so dissapointed. The hotel was Mediocre for the price. No Mini fridge, no microwave. Downtown was dead nothing but panhandlers and homeless people, so sad. We won't be back.
Visted the steak house recieved coffee shop style service , I have been to many steakhouses in Reno and Sparks area and this is by far the worst "Sterlings Steakhouse " I would not recommend to anyone. Bad service very mediocre menu.
To start this was my fiancee's birthday weekend.. I'm really surprised to hear and see all the sketchy reviews on the rooms and the service but for our stay the room which just a standard room was some and clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was clean and the water was most definitely hot! But the chanels on TV was limited and no mini fridge or mini microwave so that was a but disappointing to see cause this is 2017 and many other hotels that are much smaller definitely has checked the box in this area also they don't have ... read more
Plan on approx $39 in fees per night added to your room rate. I have stayed in this hotel in the past and I don't recall the resort fees. Just another way to pad the bill. The room was small, a few miscellaneous long hairs in the shower, nice flat screen TVs but minimal channel selection, about 12 to choose from. Pool is closed permanently per the front desk.
I’ve been staying here for years and I can tell you that this past year has been the worst. From poor customer service, crappy rooms that are falling apart and /or the sheets smelled like an old mans shirt. Being inconvenienced by either the front desk not giving me the correct room, room keys don’t work or toilet flooding the room. The place is falling apart.
