Not good at check in couldn't find my reservation. I had to go back to the car get confirmation stood in long line twice. Could have at least give me something.
It would be better if cocktail waitress took care of us after spending 300 dollars and 2 drinks , really it stinks get more waitresses seriosly
Love coming to Silver Legacy to gamble but thinking time may have to look for alternate lodging. It's time for upgrades the rooms are outdated : no fridge or safe. The bathroom showerheads are so tiny and don't do a good job. No blankets ( bed has sheet snd extremely thin comforter and when I called housekeeping the guy said we don't have any and hung up . Yukes plus coffee pot didn't work.
Checked in at 3 pm and had to change rooms 3 times!!! I payed a lot for a king studio superior and got a very small room with no bells or whistles and no fridge!!!! I am local and thought the room would b spacious but is not. Slots r tight and u will not c a waitress with drinks for guests.....GSR is such a better place and loose slots. Had the worst experience at Sliver Legacy...my 11yr old daughter woke up to something crawling on her...I had to be moved at 1:30am with a sleeping toddler..the next day the manager called me to say..yes both beds tested positive for freaking.BED BUGS!! It took over an hr for extra shampoo so I can wash my kids hair numerous times!! Couldn't bring any of our things home..its been 3 days & have yet to receive my full refund as promised..throughout this nasty ordeal..1 person apologized...my family has stayed here many times..... read more
