Took my two kids to sky zone in Fort Wayne today, one of six and one a year and a half. We were excited to take advantage of the toddler space that is delegated specifically for toddlers so they aren’t injured by bigger kids. However, once I first got there it was packed with kids, hate to be that person, but the kids have literally every other space in the park to play. Over crowded. People playing in the pits so it’s hard to jump in because ppl everywhere and won’t get out. Battle pit was full of ppl. No worker in sight. My kids don’t want to come back.
Went to SkyZone tonight for the glow zone. First and last time we will ever do that. This place was a complete shit show. Trash everywhere, floors were extremely sticky and disgusting. It was way over packed. Do they even have a capacity level? Seems like all the so called parents just drop their kids off by the car load and leave. So many disrespectful kids with no regard to others. Employees weren’t enforcing rules much, some tried but no one listens. Total waste of time and money.
I’m at Sky Zone right now for my niece’s birthday party. Every single staff person has their mask below their mouth, and the person at the food stand has NO mask at all. Floors are very sticky. Just gross. Won’t be back for any reason.
Wow. What is the capacity limit? I paid for 3 children to jump for an hour and a half. One didn’t jump at all and two jumped for 30 minutes. They said it was too crowded to have fun. Paid for chicken tenders..waited 35 minutes and left without them. They need to limit the amount of people allowed in at one time.
Too expensive and too much vigilance that you can’t include yourself to play with your kids. We got yelled al the time … not coming back
I Had a mini celebration today for my daughters birthday and I couldn’t get one employee to bring out the food or drinks without being asked by several employees one after another what I had ordered. Paying for a party package even a small one I just expected it to be more ready and organized. I was under the impression a table would be reserved outside the party room and ready it wasn’t it was like no one I asked about a table had any idea I paid for a mini party at all. It's alright if you just want to bring your kids and let them run wild. However, if you are wanting to participate with your little ones, forget it. At literally every section, we were yelled at for interacting with our kids. In the "free style" section, we were told that adults had to jump on one side of the section and the kids had to go to the other side.
