everything my 5 and 3 year did I was told they can't do that. they weren't fighting or making any physical contact with anyone. they both wanted to play dodgeball but apparently it is too much of a hassle to tell the older kids to hold off to let the young ones play a round. we came from Tennessee and they have a wide open warehouse full of trampolines and a toddler area with its own 5 ft basketball hoop. I highly suggest finding a bigger warehouse to build a trampoline park. they tell us one jumper per square but you sell s... read more

Don’t recommend if you’re a “big kid”! We just wanted to have some fun but we paid $20 and weren’t allowed to do much. Customer service wasn’t very good either. Nobody at the front desk knew what they were doing...filling out our waivers online didn’t work.. and during the time that our friends that were joining us were filling out their waivers for the SECOND time, the place filled up and they weren’t able to jump. It really sucked and we came from over an hour away. Waste of time and money! If everybody is required to fill... read more

I think the Dodge Ball is the biggest thing going at Sky Zone. They do have have three seperate basketball goals. The three are separated from each other. One person at a time bounces up to the basket with a small ball and most stuff it. They have two ways to drop into a pit of foam cubes. They are a rope and a bar in seperate stations you can use to swing out over a pit full of foam blocks. You walk up a few steps to use either the rope or bar. Then you swing out over the pit of foam blocks then drop into them. Those are j... read more

My son attended Glow on Friday night, the person that was supposed to be monitoring the pit where the kids swing i to wasn't paying attention and some kids swung in and landed on top of my sons chest and cracked his Sternum!! when this all took place the employees grabbed his arm and just pulled him out and left him lay there unable to catch his breath. On top of all this his glasses were knocked off and fhe employees told us we will look for them in 2 weeks when we clean the pits!! We will NEVER return to Skyzone again and... read more

My and my family experience is that it is highly overrated. It cost too much just to jump around for an hour. I was told that I cannot jump with my child.

If you have a toddler new to jumping, I’m not sure I could recommend this place. You cannot enter their square while they’re jumping. This was a new experience for my son so I’m sure he was nervous. Sorry kid, can’t help you; rules. I asked when toddler time was. She couldn’t tell me. I asked if he was allowed in the foam pit. She couldn’t tell me. Lady was nice though. Just wish I knew what he was allowed to do. $30 in the hole but hey, my fault
