not made for kids 4 and under. 1 nothing is made for their heights,2 they will say something to parent about lil kid doing wrong but a older kid they let jump w more then 1 per trampoline. 3.even if ur kid is small u have to pay for ticket to jump or even touch the floors. only thing u can walk on is the outside pads to keep w ur toddler. its made for kids 7+ and 7 is pushing it. its not big at all. no places for people to sit and watch the kids. cost way to much for tint bit u get.
Filthy! Trash everywhere outside of the building and overflowing trash cans...VERY sticky floors, broken toilet, broken slushy machine, seemed under staffed and unorganized. We used it for a birthday party.
I had the opportunity to watch the cleaning team in action. They walked around talking, very little cleaning went on. The upstairs party room floor was sticky. You couldn't walk without every step sticking to the floor. Not very sanitary.
I took 7 boys to Sky Zone to jump for Glow Jump and we were highly disappointed! I preordered my tickets and shirts to make sure they had our sizes and we would not have to wait in line. When we arrived we had to wait 40 minutes in line, they were out of shirts and told me I had to pick from youth small or adult xl. The boys wear a youth medium and youth large! We had fun, but that all changes at the end. A cell phone was stolen and money. They even had the nerve to steal our pizza from our table. My sister witnessed them doing this. She stop by the concession stand and told them to get the manager down there before she confronted them. She asked to please have the stuff back they stole. They tucked it into the baby seat that they had the infant in with a blanket over it. I took my 18 month old daughter and my friend took her 2 and 1/2 year old son and I can tell you it was unsafe to say the least.They took our money and said there was a toddler area and there was not. We had adults and older children jumping through us. Spoke to a manger whom was not at all helpful. This will seem rude but she was a child as well. Daughter breaks her arm on the trapeze. Staff doesn’t help me get her out of the pit. They ask for my tag though but never contact me to check on her injuries or investigate how the injury even occurs. I understand we sign waivers and jump at our own risk but I’m appalled at how this was handled.
