Thanks Skyzone for being a crappy place to have a little kids birthday party!!! You gave the little girls party supplies to another party. You mixed up gifts! You unloaded our cart in the wrong party and then didn’t want to get our stuff. Their jump time was cut short because of a private party and not enough space for all of the people there. You wanted to fix it by giving out some T-shirt’s and jump time after they ate. Not a good idea unless you want puke all over.
Was a fun place to take the kids, but after going this past week I dont think we will be back. Not near enough space to just jump anymore after removing 2/3 of the jump area. At times it was crowded before and now it is even worse. Not to mention they removed the long jump trampolines. Should have taken out a dodge ball court for the new areas not part of the jump area.

This place will never get my money again. The desk staff where very nice but that was the only good thing I can say about this place. I brought my 2 year old daughter here and asked the people at the front desk if she was to small or if there was a place that she could jump with her mom they told me o yeah no problem we have a todler area where you can go in with her no problem I paid for 1 hour and bought the special socks as soon as my girlfriend and my daughter went into the todler area it was one rule after another they ... read more
We paid for tickets online ahead of time (& were charged $2 as a convenience fee, which is ridiculous on its own at 10%). When had never been before, so I didn’t know what a cluster it was in there. We waited in line for about 15 minutes, showed them my barcode and they still made me get out of line and wait in another line for waivers which was down to one computer for about 20 people to use. Then I had to wait in the original line again. Total mess. Once we did get in- people were beyond rude. We will NEVER come back.
The manager Ryan was a complete jerk.. the young man running the drink service was good with no help from anyone. Sad to see... the night before was very good and good management ... Ryan is not a good management.
The desk staff and concessions staff were very pleasant. The staff in the jump areas were rude and oblivious to most of the guests jumping. The entire area was dirty and I noticed staff walking around spilled beverages on the floor. The lockers were filthy and stained our belongings. It is a fun place with average prices that could use some adult supervision instead of relying so heavily on teenagers. The bathrooms looked like old gas station bathrooms, were out of paper supplies and very dirty.
It is wayyyy to cold in there. The boys now have runny noses. It was terribly uncomfortable.
I spent $90 on gift cards for family that live out of town. Prior to purchasing, I verified with the cashier that the gift cards could be used at any IN location. So embarrassing to have family call after waiting in line only to be told their gift are were invalid. I called and left messages that went unreturned, as well as posted here with zero response. Nothing was done to acknowledge, let alone rectify, the situation. We have not been back, nor will we.
