Place sucks, there's a long haired employee who thinks he owns the place and can do what he wants, it's stupid if you work there go on a day off
Trying to plan a birthday party and unfortunately all waivers must be signed online...many people do not have internet access. It's virtually impossible to be able get parents of 15 kids to sign waivers online. That is unless parents drop their child off at the facility. For some who are non local that is an option!
Wean we got there it was fun with my 2 year old niece but then they kept telling her she can't jump with the other kid's and you couldn't sit down for a minute without someone telling you that you gotta get up wean it's alright for someone else to do it it's nothing but a joke especially when, I couldn't even jump with my two-year-old niece but you got grown ass adults able to jump with kid's
Managers are rude and disrespectful- cursing at customers.
Reserved a party room for 2:30. It's 3:35 and we're still waiting!! Is the problem overbooking?? Never again.
Came has a group couldn't get mats even though we paid...waste of time waste of money and the staff is a joke
We all had a fun time but when a few people easily spend over 100. they should make sure every area is open up if there's a certain amount of people there
Can't even jump with my 2 year old. I don't see a point in signing a waiver when they won't allow a parent to jump with their child. This place sucks
