2/18/2022 purchased tickets online for 1pm. show up at 1230pm to the place closed lights off and doors locked. no way of contacting anyone and nothing posted online on Facebook or the door. drove over an hour to get to skyzone for nothing. there was us plus 6 other cars just sitting there. Noone has called me back about a refund or anything. not very impressed and will probably never attempt skyzone ever again. needless to say I'm out over $70 today and 3 very upset kiddos.
They discontinued little leapers without any notice, took away all toys and balls the kids could play with and restricted where they could bounce on Saturday mornings to one area. Not only do they now allow all ages to jump with the toddlers, but they confined them all to one area so they are forced to jump next to kids much bigger and wilder. Worst experience since we started coming here! Definitely not staffed enough and kids didn’t want to play the whole hour because others are being rude and doing as they please on warrior course as well as the jousting. My 4 year old nephew wasn’t even out the jousting pit yet when other children jumped up there and a child barely missed falling on my nephew. My children couldn’t play on it because other children didn’t want to share and no staff around to watch those parts.
RecommendedThe kids always have a great time. I feel they are doin what is necessary with keeping distance and have sanitizer to keep the areas safe. Excellent signage on tables to communicate if they have been cleaned between parties! Awesome place for the kids to blow off steam!
Family had a bad experience this morning.
Not a place for some Autistic children, employees need to be told that the kids in the party are Autistic and to understand what Autism is,my Autistic grandson isn't into it
I tried to enjoy jumping with my children as i am only 25 and i kept getting yelled at! I would be very careful of course to watch and get out of the way but if I held my child's hand I got yelled at if I bounced I got yelled at I chased my child because he was running out so I had to run across a couple trampolines to get him so he didnt run I got yelled at. so not a fun place to go!
