Extremely disappointed with SkyZone. We paid OVER $400 to have our daughter’s fourth birthday party there, and i couldn’t be more disappointed. Our room was scorching hot, our hostess was MIA almost all of our time in the party room, so my husband and I had to serve all the kids their food and drinks. I will NEVER book another party with them.
Overpriced, not as fun as I had hoped it would be. Probably won’t go again, lol. The reason why I had fun is because of the cool people I was with. :)
Since we didn’t know when we could make it to sky zone for the weekend as several of the attendees were from out of state, we didn’t reserve a room but thought there would not be a problem if we brought cake for a six-year-old’s birthday in the table area and bought drinks at sky zone. However, boy, were we wrong! I’m sorry a six-year-old was so disappointed!
As much as I hate IPhones it does have some good perks..my daughter lost her phone at skyzone on march the 2nd...they told me they will have they clean out on March 19th... if I don't receive a call that means they didn't find it......ok well today I checked my IPad (which is connected to all our "I" devices and gives the location on where the phones and Ipad is located) they were suppose to call me when they did a sweep out of the foam pit..of coarse they didn't..I call today and the lady first tell me they didn't find any ... read more
Terrible customer service by very rude employees. I understand they have rules for safety but their tiles are way to strict. I live in Cincinnati but and was in town and decide to take my 3 old nephew, he was unsure of things at first and I was told I wasn’t allowed to hold his hand while he got the feel for it. No one else was in the jump area yet we had to stay in a small area. No one in the dodge ball area and he just wanted to throw the balls but we weren’t allowed to do that either. I'm so disappointed in our experience last night at the glow party I would give a zero stars if I could. First we took 6 kids with us 5 are our children and 1 was my niece, we made sure they was all wearing neon bright colors that did glow perfectly fine but was still forced to buy their glow shirts at $5 a piece for 4 out of the 6 kids. Mind you it says nowhere on the website nor in the building you have to have specific glow shirts, just that you must wear shirts that glow which they all was. We took our 7 year old to the glow jump yesterday, unaware that we wouldn’t be able to participate in anything with him. My husband and I wouldn’t haven’t bothered to pay to jump if we knew this. There was also a man that was clearly drunk, stumbling around talking to all the kids & the employees didn’t seem to care. We obviously didn’t feel comfortable letting our child walk around on his own because of this. Waste of almost $100.
Very disappointed... my husband and I took our 4 (almost 5) year old son here, and we’re not informed that there would be areas that he could not participate in, he was limited to two areas and one basketball hoop lane. There was a section that was called dodgeball and no one was in there so we started to walk in and the young man who was working that area very rudely asked his age and said he’s not aloud in here, which there were no signs up that said he wasn’t aloud to.
