What are we allowed to do and when? Last time we were here I paid for Myself and my kids, I wasn't allowed to play dodgeball or do much with my kids b/c I was too big. Basically I wasted money on Myself. We are here right now and my kids were told they had to wait for the big kids and adults to finish dogdeball... they waited for the next couple rounds till finally the little/mid range kids could go and the more aggressive kids shoved to the front of the line. Went today 4-530. I asked at 420 if their jump time could be pushed back to start at 430 as the worker could see they hadn't jumped and were eating. They only like dodgeball. Dodge ball was still not opened at 5:01. I was told it as due to being under staffed. When the most popular area is closed they should warn people when they pay. Very disappointing and ridiculous to pay 💯% when 1/4 zones were closed.
Had my sons birthday party here a few years ago and it was actually decent.... but I guess if you’re not dropping a bunch of money the place sucks. Customer service was horrible and not friendly. Place is over priced for a half hour of toddler time which is more like 20 minuets since it takes a while for toddlers to get situated. This place was beyond ridiculous first was lied to about the pricing and then of course when we got there it was a whole different story and they didn't even offer any sort of discount or anything for the fact it was someone from there company gave us the wrong pricing on this so called deal hence the only reason we figured to try it out and then still ended up coming out 80 dollars to jump for 30 freaking minutes because we got our kids excited and the employees were rude ass he'll almost smack a few for how the spoke to m... read more
Never again. Will not go back. Been invited for birthday parties and I refuse to go there. My 5 year old hated it. We have a trampoline in our backyard and he loves it. we thought we take him and try it out. It was the worst idea ever. Very disappointed they give him a little square to jump in. ( how fun RIGHT!) It is nothing like the commercial where the kids are jumping everywhere. he can jump more on his little trampoline at home then he can there. Place is a joke please do not waste your money here people!
My 14 year old loves going there as well as my 2 yr old. We brought our girls and our niece and nephew last week and was completely disappointed. My husband paid to jump but wasn't allowed to do anything with my 2 yr old, my nephew who is 8 wanted to do nerf guns to be pushed to the side and told to wait until next game 3 games in a row until his jump time ran out.
