The people were very nice and helpful the place was a bit sticky from spilled pop everywhere not a big deal and we will go back in sure this must have been out of the ordinary it was still fun
On June 2nd, my daughter severely hurt her knee while jumping at the Toledo Sky Zone. I realize injuries happen but I'm extremely disappointed in how my daughter was treated when she realized something was wrong with her knee. When my husband arrived to pick her up, she was outside sitting on the curb unable to stand or put pressure on her knee. Our experience at SkyZone yesterday was poor. They only had one arena open for Bs, Cs and Ds. Close to 60 kids I counted at one time. And half of them had to wait in line to play while the open arena was gated off. We politely asked the kids working if they would open the other arena due to all the waiting these children were doing while the workers sat around talking and socializing. There were plenty of employees on duty to have the other arena opened for the bigger kids to play. I wasn't happy having paid over $20 per kid... read more
I was disappointed with the customer service. The young lady at the check in desk customer service skills were horrible!
We just celebrated my son's 10th birthday there. We all had a blast. The down side; there are definitely not enough employees, especially for check in. Very annoying. Also, our party planner girl may as well not have even been there. She was no where to be found when it was time to tell us what to do and where to go when our jump time started. We had to wing it. Really disappointed with how things are ran. I took my daughter and her friend this afternoon for her birthday. They were told three times they were to young or small to play on a certain court and were sent to court two. I would have been fine with that IF teenagers were told to stay off court two. Instead they allowed teenagers to go wherever they wanted while younger kids could only go to three areas where they still were getting knocked around by older kids.
