Had my daughters birthday at sky zone Toledo tonight. The place was extremely disorganized. No one greated our party or told the kids they could actually go jump. We asked 10 mins after start time if they could go out yet. They didn’t want to give the kids their socks that were included (but you’ve brought your own she said). I would not recommend sky zone. We came to jump an hr ... I paid 10.99 and 10.99 instead of the published 15.99 b/c it spanned glow and I also had to buy the glow shirts at 5.99 a piece ... I understand buying the glow shirts but I should have been charged only 15.99 not 21.00 b/c we are only jumping an hr. The customer service person said they didn’t have a code for just an hr ... I will never return to this place again. My son is 4 and he does not understand to stand in line and wait . The teenage girl grabbed my son multiple times to stop him from just stepping up on to the trampoline while another child was getting out the foam pit I under stand there is rules but these are small children that do not fully understand and for her to keep signing and rolling her eyes while my 4 year old is just eager to go was very annoying. Customer service lags a bit. Told them up front that I only wanted one month membership. They said it had to be 3. Reluctant, but I agreed. I told them then that I absolutely did not want to go past 3 months. I was told okay. Fast forward and I am billed a fourth month. I called to inquire why, without being too difficult. First time at SkyZone and will be my last time! We were at a bday party and my son’s hoodie came up missing. I went downstairs to see if maybe it got turned in at the front desk. We are from out of town and came to sky zone - holland - with our four children. Our youngest, is 5, and has quite severe autism. He’s autistic and largely non-verbal. The sky zone staff would not make reasonable accommodations for our child with a disability and were inflexible to the point of being discriminatory. After multiple conversations with the staff, escalating to the senior manager (?) we ended up leaving. Last week my grandson’s daycare group went here. While he has been to Sky Zone before and had a great time, and had no issues, this was not the case this time. A boy much larger then my grandson jumped from his trampoline right onto my grandson’s who was on a different trampoline. My grandson ended up with a broken leg. (4 places) The staffs response was absolutely disgusting. Instead of helping, they made it very clear that - You signed a waver & we don’t do first aide here.
