Looking for a new bed or even new furniture come to Homeworld also Ashley and Slumberworld. Slumberworld Pearlridge is located right on Kam Hwy across from Anna Millers . Very clean store with all kinds of selection. I really didn't know there's so much options in buying a bed . I thought it's just soft or firm or King and Queen. Kyle Shiroma was our sales person and his customer service was excellent. Customer service is very important to me. He is very knowledgeable and explained the different types of mattresses and box springs and frames. I would see him again if I needed another bed.

Kyle Shiroma did a good job in showing my wife and I the various Beauty Rest mattresses options, firmness, height, etc. Very helpful and sincere. We ended up buying a king size Beauty Rest mattresses with other options.

I really should have written this review right after we purchased two of our beds in late August/early September. Alot of the detail re: the specific beds we purchased are vague, but what I really am extremely pleased with is the friendly and expert customer service we received from both Kyle Shiroma and Laurie Ide. We needed a new bed and didn't have our minds set on anything in particular when we entered the store. Kyle checked in with us and let us explore, but once we started asking questions he was knowledgeable and friendly. The experience was low sales pressure with lots of discussion about options and a sincere desire for us to have a bed that fit our needs. Five stars for Kyle Shiroma in Slumber World! My roommates and I went in together since we're buying our first place and Kyle was extremely helpful. He explained the types of mattresses and their differences, how the numbers for firmness works, and steer us in the right direction when he noticed what mattresses we started favoring. His recommendations were so helpful, and he was so patient. Definitely recommend seeing him if you're in need of a new bed!

In the process of buying my first place to live in, need to buy a bed, and was real nervous since I don't know what I'm doing. But Kyle Shiroma was super nice and knowledgeable, he explained everything from the different bed frame types, to mattress types, hybrids, brands, everything. Explained the process of buying, getting it manufactured, and is working with us for delivery since I don't have the keys yet. If you're looking at purchasing a bed; 110% recommend Kyle.
