Yesterday I celebrated my birthday with a gift to myself. I wanted to get the bed of my dreams. I recently had an opportunity to sleep in a bed that moved/vibrated, inclined both head and feet. If you're in the market for a new mattress, go see Kyle Shiroma, I went to SW at around 6 they close at 630, But he had no problem with helping me, my wife and sister in law find our mattress and bed frames. He guided us and gave input to what kind of mattress we should look at and why. He did not show us the most expensive one and try to push it on us, He showed us the showroom and explained all the mattress's and features that each one had, the levels of firmness to softness, he knows what he's talking about, Highly recomm... read more

We were in the market for a adjustable base bed. Our salesman Kyle was such a big help. He had my husband and I assessed by the Dream Machine and to my surprise we found our perfect bed. He was knowledgeable about the products so that we could make an informed decision and he didn't try to over sell us. We are so excited with our purchase. Mahalo Kyle!

5 stars to Kyle Shiroma in the mattress department! The store was extra crowded this morning, unexpectedly. But Kyle still made time for everyone there, and told us all the information we needed to know/got us out of there with the mattress we wanted in great timing and we didn't feel rushed at ALL. My wife and I were looking for a new mattress set and Nathan from SW was a huge help. We've looked at other stores the past couple days and narrowed down to two brands. We were able to make a well-informed decision and purchased a set that was exactly what we wanted, on sale and in stock. I had a great experience buying a new mattress here. This is one of the few products that turned out to be a better value than I thought at the time I bought it. This store has a huge selection, and many special buys. I definitely got the feeling that they wanted to make the right fit for me and my budget. They appear to value their customers. The delivery service was excellent. The people who work there really know their stuff. I was helped by Ms. Fern. I got a high-quality bed at a very good price.
