They have a pretty wide selection of mattresses to choose from (Simmons, Serta, Tempurpedic, Aireloom, etc.). The prices are decent, but I recommend waiting for a sale. The staff was very friendly and patient when I was trying out different mattresses. They also carry a small selection of pillows and bedding accessories. I ended up with a Simmons queen mattress for under $600. They offered me a mattress pad for $99 and said that if you purchase it, you get 5 years warranty against stains on the mattress. Walked in and saw Betty I remember her from another store right across the street. She will bait you , tell you about church, family and how much you deserve a new bed BUT if you cant afford what shes trying to sell she will dump you and ignore you and move on to the next customer. After I seen her I walked the other way back to my car and went straight to Inspiration. He is an awesome sales associate and should be commended for his dedication to helping my husband and I get a good night's rest by finding the right mattress. Buying a bed should never be stressful! Yet, SlumberWorld decided to make it very complicated! I came in twice to buy a TempurPedic mattress. The first time was Labor Day weekend and literally no one reached out to help my boyfriend and I. We were in there for a good 45 minutes testing out beds, laying on them and not one person helped us. This yelp review is a warning to never go here and buy something , your better off going somewhere else . I should've checked yelp before we stepped into this store. Just was too excited to go furniture shopping. Bad customer service they don't care about customers all they care about is making a sale! Soo bad I returned what I bought. Never will I shop here again!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. So I go in during the sales early December. Yes, you may realize it's July and I'm writing the review because I'm still waiting for them to fix the issues with my mattress...7 months later. In December when my bed was delivered, there were rips in it due to manufacturing. I call back immediately and say this is ridiculous for a $3000+ mattress. They replace it, same issue. My Tempurpedic box spring was defective and broke about 20 months after I bought it. After a technician confirmed it was broken, customer service was poor--I had to call several times and leave messages asking when it would be replaced. Finally got a call back & was told the replacement would be in a different color. I also couldn't request an afternoon time frame for delivery but was told I'd have to take whatever was available. For the amount of money I spent on my Tempurpedic, I expect better service.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I paid for a delivery and couldn't make the time they gave up. I asked for a new time later in the day. The manger would rather refund my money than shift the delivery time one hour later. Ridiculously stupid management and a horrible business plan. Do not do business with these morons

I only gave one star because there's no option for a "Hell no" My sister has been shopping for a bed for the last 2 weeks. We decided to check out Slumberworld Aiea.I want to thank Dale for giving us a "Pretty Woman" moment. As soon as we walked in the store we immediately laid on the first pillow top bed we saw.
