Avoid Dale at all cost. She is pushy, rude and not very helpful in general. We (my wife and I) were a guaranteed sale, having done the research and testing beds for two weeks, we knew exactly what we went in there for and she managed to ruin a sure thing. However, I can thank her special kind of customer service for pushing us over to America's Mattress where they know how to help people. Thanks!
