My husband & I walked into Slumber World needing a new bed, but had no clue what we were looking for. It was a bit overwhelming at first because they have such a wide variety of mattresses, frames, box springs, pillows, etc. to choose from, but we were fortunate enough to have Fern Canio assist us! We first purchased a Beautyrest Black, thinking it would help with our back pains. For a bed that's that expensive you would think that it would improve your "Beautyrest". Sleep heaven... plenty of mattress brands to choose from which accommodates any budget and all tastes. We worked with Kevin and liked him so much, we drove all the way from Kaneohe after our initial visit to finalize a purchase. He's funny and personable but also straightforward and honest which is appreciated in a sales person. He spent a lot of time with us without putting pressure on us or making us feel as if we were wasting his time. The financing option was the way to go for us and the process was very quick. Super happy I came in looking for a simple twin mattress, nothing fancy, nothing expensive. Lyndsi, the wonderful lady who helped us, guided us to a mattress that pretty much fit all around what I needed. She was super informative, gave me a lot of options, but as well to was really patient with me as I haven't had a mattress in quite some time. We were in the market for a twin box spring - just the box spring. Called about 5 different places and Slumber World had it the cheapest, surprisingly. We even called a bunch of the "discount" Furniture places in Waipahu and Slumber World still beat their price - $104! We went in, ordered it, and got out of there in 10 min. Pick up wasn't a problem and we are happy!

Got ourselves a sleep number m7 memory foam bed today. Our sales rep was Kevin Mummery. He gave us great service, wasn't pushy, very patient, very informative not only on the mattresses we were interested in but also gave alternative suggestions. Knew when to give us privacy and a little time to talk and determine what we wanted but never left us hanging. Answered any questions we had and went to go get answers if he didn't know off hand. I wanted to update my review. Once I got home I realized just the frame had been delivered. I spoke to Clark, the manager, the next day, and due to all the trouble I experienced he wanted to get me my bed right away. Was willing to deliver the next day, but due to work schedules I chose to hold off until Saturday. The guys showed up with the mattress, but when I asked about set up they said, "oh, we don't do that." After everything, I just said fine, I'll set it up myself later. Looked all over town for the best affordable foundation and Clark greeted me and lead me to the perfect match for my budget, he wasn't pushy but rather friendly and extremely helpful!
