Great service Great work on both ends of the move. Both teams were strong and hard working. Packing crew packed the truck fantastic and the unloading crew were very responsive and got the whole truck unloaded.
Real glad I used them. These guys showed up on time and were very efficient. Only wish I had set it up to have them unload in the other state. Good Pick Penske for recommending this company.
Truck Upload/Unload First, SML provided GREAT customer from start to finish! The process was very streamline, customer service rep outstanding, and communication from start, during and after was exceptional. Upload/unload staff were upbeat, professional, on time and took special care like it was their own property. Won't hesitate to use again, as well as recommend to others needing their service. BRAVO ZULU, SML!!!!
Great front end set up but disappointing delivery Front end office coordination was courteous and quick and helpful. But the movers ended up talking the last hour and said they would not charge us for that time. But then we got charged. Not good.
Very good and professional Michael was not there as he passed away prior to the unloading of our moving truck. Our friend who drove the truck was there and he commented that the men were very professional.
On time, careful with the furniture and walls Crew well mannered and knew what to do and we're able to get everything in the truck. Thanks!
What a Let Down! After reading all the glowing reviews it seemed like we would be able to get the job of loading and unloading done without much fanfare. But this was not true from the very beginning and the end result was a disaster with many of our pieces of furniture damaged, broken, and torn. We have pictures to prove this and multiple witnesses. Awful, never again! One guy SAT on my bureauwith leg up, using cell phone. Boocases badly scratched, chairs thrown in truck atop each other
Great on both load and unload I could not have gotten better. Both crews were great. I will suggest to any and all that are moving to use SML.Z
