Made the move in "painless" The folks who unloaded our 26' rental truck were totally professional. They arrived on time and ready to get things moving. They not only unloaded the truck but helped assemble bed frames, unwrap furniture and patiently move boxes and furniture into the appropriate rooms after we changed our minds as too where it was supposed to go the first time. All in all, they did a great job! I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future moves and would recommend them highly.

Great service, would definitely use them again The two movers that were sent to help in the unloading part of our move were exceptional. Fred and Tommy were not only very knowledgeable and efficient in the unloading process, they were both very professional and friendly while on the job. Communication between myself, corporate, and team could've been better. I spoke with the kind corporate professional on phone already and you gave us a 10% discount. Team did not put together tables as agreement indicated. They were fast but could have been more organized. Crew was professional, I wish I was more active on where every thing went.
Completely Satisfied With High Level Of Service! This was our first time using a moving company outside of the military and I'm glad we chose Simple Moving Labor. They are such a professional company that will go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. We had a pretty simple cross city move so they sent over 2 movers to pack things up for us. OK service The positives were that the workers arrived early, which was appreciated, and seemed very nice. They worked hard and didn't take a break at all. The negatives were that I will be moving half the unit into an apartment soon, and asked if they would place certain boxes certain places. It seemed like they didn't want to do this, and I had to continually instruct them where to put what, even though it was easy to put the boxes with the boxes, and the plastic totes with the plastic totes.
