Left after 30 mins, full price charged Hired for the 2 men for 2 hour minimum to move some wood from above my garage to the garage floor. After 30 mins, they said it wasn't safe because spiders and just left. Still had to pay the full price, and had to hire someone else to finish the job. Should have just hired some random dudes hanging out around a home improvement store. Would not repeat.

Very professional The gentlemen that did my packing of the truck were professional and knew their stuff. They were able to pack my printer and 70" TV as if it was factory packed. I was extremely pleased with the job they did. Thank you
Terrible packers and company! Asked for enough movers to load a hot tub! Only two guys showed up! They smelled of pot. One of them even had a pot leaf on his hat. They told me they probably could not move hot tub with just the two of them. But if they could it would be an extra $150! When I scheduled service there was no mention of the extra $150 and yes I stated multiple times I had a hot tub to move. Great Experience The 2 men were prompt in arriving, very pleasant , and hard workers!! They got the job done!!!!
Movers were awful Although SML communicated regularly and made setting up my move very easy, the team they sent to my apartment was absolutely awful. Two of the movers did not seem like they had moved furniture before a day in their lives. They loaded several large pieces of furniture on a dolly and tried moving the pieces down the two flights of stairs to the truck, scratching and damaging several pieces. They also managed to wedge my box spring between the stairs and the ceiling so that I had to help them to get it unstuc... read more
