Used for load/unload Recently used SML to load a truck and then several days later in another city - unload. Before the load, SML was on top of the whole thing, calling me several times offering assistance, helping to clarify, etc. Automated responses were received during both load/unload. The crews are local contractors as near as I can tell. The load guys had to work real hard to get it all loaded. The lead was very good with many years of experience, but was new to the SML ways. Hard workers I had a awesome crew with my final move into my new house. I used SML when I moved from Kentucky to Texas and once again when I brought my house. The crew I had moved my furniture from the 3rd floor of my apartment quickly and carefully. I appreciate their help and hard work.
