Great. Would use again Men arrived on time. They worked fast and had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs. They were very helpful

Welcomed help! After a long four days of traveling, moving heavy furniture up two flights of stairs to my daughter 's third floor apartment was not something my husband and I wanted to do. Lucky for us, I called SML and made arrangements to have some movers meet us at the apartments. They had the moving truck unloaded, upstairs, and set in place in just under an hour! WOW! Very happy with the service!

PENSKE WS LATE AND I HAD TO PAY 179.00 EXTRA WHEN THINGS GOT STRAIGHT AT PENSKE AND THE PEOPLE IN WV WAS SAPOST TO SHOW UP THEY NEVER DID WHEN I CALLED THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD CAR TROUBLE I FINALLEY AT 5 IN THE AFTERNOON GOT A CREW THEY WERE SLOW. Very impressed with the service The gentlemen who helped us with out move, on both ends, were extremely courteous, hardworking, and very careful with our belongings. They made the whole move a much more pleasant experience.
