Fantastic moving experience! Both the load team in CT and the unload team in NC were efficient, professional, and careful with our belongings. I would highly recommend this company to others.
Kept the lines of communication open and honest. We had a shakey start due to the holiday weekend but SML really came through for us. They kept in contact with us till or move was completed. We will be using them for future moves. Thanks to everyone that help at SML.

terrific to deal with The 2 movers were very professional in taking apart the bed, and how to load the pick up truck I rented.
They did a good job. SML - Simple Moving Labor did a good job. There was a little damage that I didn't find out about until recently, the damage was in the bottom of the foot board so it doesn't really show that much. But it's not a big deal and it was a good experience, that's really the only reason I'm not giving them a 5.

very costly Cost was very high, considering the labors said their rates subcontracted at half of what was total charged. The guys who did the work were incredible and hard working so I'd love to use them again, but I'd want to cut out the middle on this since most of the cost came from them. This was considering that the admin failed to meet the deadline that was needed.
Awesome professionalism and service. Mario and his team did a fantastic job loading my moving truck. Texas heat and even stairs didnt stop this dynamic duo. I had no breakage in my cross country move because of the care these guys took in loading my belongings. I just cant say thank you enough. They could have used a third guy for faster service but they never gave up on me. Thank You SML team. Best loaders I have had in my last do it myself moves.
