Easier than doing it yourself Had 2 guys for 2hrs 20min to load items from storage unit into a moving truck. Did not think it'd take anywhere close to the full 2hrs, but they ended up going over. They were about 15min late from start of reservation window. I had to keep track of the time otherwise they'd have kept working without me knowing/realizing they went over the quote amount and I would be charged extra. Absolutely AMAZING! Gosh, I wish we had known about this service long ago! These guys unloaded (and carried up a flight of stairs) in 2 hours what took us a day and a half to load! They were friendly, polite, on time and handled everything as if it were their own! I hope there are no more moves in the near future, but can assure you...if there are I am calling SML for the loading and unloading! Again, absolutely AMAZING service!
Would recommend The movers agreed to unload me on the 4th of July, and I was very grateful for that. I underestimated the amount of work, and should have booked 3-4 guys instead of two. Unloaded in the pouring rain until truck was 3/4 empty, then I told them they could go because they were tired out, and I finished the next day. Good experience overall, my only complaint is that within minutes of arriving, they started asking for a big "holiday" tip. Excellent customer care. The company anticipated everything I could ask for, knew the answers to everything, reminded me of appointment dates and times and everyone I dealt with, from the people on the phones to the movers themselves were professional and pleasant. A delight to work with!
Efficient and Easy Our move spanned multiple destinations to pick up and load furniture and other household furnishings. SML made this process seamless. Our multi-day move could not have gone smoother. Contracting through individual local movers would have been a headache. I am very happy with my SML experience.
