Your service was very helpful and made the move a lot easier for us. The young men that unloaded our truck arrived in a timely manner and got the truck unloaded in good time. They went past the scheduled two hours to get it unloaded. I felt like it could have been done within that two hour window but am still satisfied. Thanks

update to previous review Further communication resulted in a partial refund of additional time charged over the two hours I requested. Person I talked with was very understanding , cordial, and easy to work with. Very satisfied with results. Would recommend this company . But you need to communicate with them for best results.

The two men that loaded our truck in Minneapolis were fantastic! They arrived on time, were careful, thoughtful loaders, unbelievably strong, courteous, great listeners. They efficiently loaded our 16' truck in an hour! Top marks in all categories for them! As detailed above, our Minneapolis loading team was OUTSTANDING! Our unloading team in Ithaca was good overall. Actual movers complaine a lot Great company but the actual movers were a bit problematic. One of the two movers kept complaining about moving things out of the apt. He took much coaxing to get moving. He kept asking for boxes. I had to tell him I could not box furniture or my safe. It just doesnt make sense. Another thing was he tried to leave one hour early. great customer service The three men who unloaded the truck were excellent. The day was stressful and these guys helped reduce the stress. The people I worked with over the phone were absolutely the best...kind, patient, knowledgeable. You have an amazing group of people. I will recommend your company.

Very efficient I made two trips between Wichita KS and San Antonio TX with loading in Wichita and unloading in San Antonio. The guys were on time, and worked steady. SMLCALLED me two days before each leg to confirm the appointment. I highly recommend this company.
