I wish that I had received a better explanation about how the deposit worked.. Very good service. The loading crew arrived on time and worked very hard. Also, the unloading crew arrived on time and called to let me know their arrival time. It was more expensive than I had planned with the travel fees on both ends but I am glad I used their service.

Too many things damaged during move, poor communication between admin and movers about where to go. I've move 10 times, with professional and independent movers and never had such a poor experience. Damaged armwar, solid wood dresser, dining table and chair. Despite having me sign a change order to have moved come to a different location, it didn't get communicated to crew. Excellent! We would absolutely use SML again & would highly recommend them. They were excellent. There were no unpleasant surprises at the end, like extra charges. They worked & charged as promised!

Wonderful Experience! The team at Simple Moving Labor were amazing. They helped my move go off without a hitch. They sent two very professional movers, who were very kind and helpful. They were very careful with all the boxes, and took the extra time to secure all my furniture in the pod. They also went above and beyond and helped me find movers in my new area! I was beyond impressed. I would highly recommend using them.

Exceeded Our Expectations! We were extremely pleased with the crews that and they exceeded our expectations! Both crews (load and unload) showed up on time and went right to work and didn't take a break until the job was done! Then were very professional. The loaders loaded the truck such that there were no damages. The unloading crew got the truck unloaded and we had most of the items placed in a storage unit and they were able to arrange everything in the storage unit efficiently and organized. Professional and Smooth Outstanding experience. Arrived on time, communicated well, understood how we needed to stage packing our van. Flawless move, what a relief to use SMI, they really helped relieve the stress of the move.

Excellent service. They arrived on time. Did a great job. Didn't put together futon bed like I thought they would but it was OK because I could do it. They weren't as good as the Georgia team but they were good.
