On time and very nice guys. Good companies. We used them for loading & unloading. We did the a packing & wraping. On the Arizona side they did a good job for part of the truck but forgot about one room and just threw the last part in. But they did get everything in the truck. On the Palm desert side those 2 guys really knew their stuff. They were great .andery knowledgable and careful.
GREAT service ! The 2 guys who unloaded our truck we "SIMPLEY" amazing ! They were very friendly, considerate of our belongings & really knew what they were doing & did it quickly & efficiently. We would definitely reccomment them & their company.
good personality The two gentleman we had were very polite. Packed as much as they could in to our truck. Would use them again.
The guys did a great job overall. I was impressed that the guys loading my truck showed up very close to the prescribed time. They went right to work and got me packed onto the truck in short order. They were friendly and courteous. For the unload the guys were late, but they let me know they were going to be late so not a big deal. They were not friendly or all that courteous, but they got everything unloaded fairly quick and that is what they were hired for. The movers from louisiana were not very good at packing the truck but it was 110 degrees in La that day so i give them a break - tipped them anyway but the could had packed the truck better my leather couch got scraped on the edges and my washer got scraped. I had plenty of covers The movers in bowling green oh were much more proficient but it was not 110 degrees
We were extremely pleased with SML's services and level of flexibility of unloading our truck during our recent move. Customer Service representatives were helpful and professional, on site unloading techs were very professional, efficient and careful with the unloading of our belongings. I would strongly recommend the use of this service if you are considering moving on your own.
5+ Stars- Simply the Best Three flights of stairs precluded me from trying to move on my own. I thought any help would balk at the prospect- but Steph and Nick from SML were two of the most professional, intelligent and hard working moving guys I have ever met, and we have moved multiple times across the country. The truck was loaded with care, all heavy boxes on the lower rows of boxes...furniture and all other goods loaded perfectly resulting in absolutely no damage to anything at the end of our move. Fantastic Moving Experience with SML We hired 2 movers from SML to empty our apartment and load the contents into a 12 foot rental truck. They called ahead of time and arrived within the 1 hour window. We knew the packing would be tight but our movers, Keon and Randy, assured us it would not be a problem.
