overall a good move Both the loading and unloading team were on time and moved us within the 2 hour we paid for, however, the difference in the carefulness between the loading and unloading team was night and day. The loading team were efficient, however they did not appear to be very careful with the furniture, they were just muscle. On the other hand, the unloading team could not have been more careful and respectful with our furniture.
Great Movers The movers that helped us pack and unpack the truck were great. I would recommend Simple movers for all future moves.
Excellent team they helped out just when I needed it most It was 112 too hot but they showed up and made the difference. Great help in less than 3 hours we were loaded up.
Perfect move The team loading our truck were truly experts. Not a single item was damaged or broken during move (300 mile transit) and we had some delicate items. The team unloading the truck was so hardworking and professional I couldn't even convince them to break for water! Whenever you are paying for a job by the hour it is in the back of your mind that perhaps some bad seed may try to take advantage... This was definitely not the case here. I could not believe how hard our team worked and could not be more thankful!
Slightly late but satisfied with service Was given an 11-noon window of arrival. They arrived @ 12:10. Overall good experience. I had a lot of wood and antique furniture and perhaps a little better TLC could have taken place but they sis their best.
Horrible job packing out of Denver, excellent job unpacking in Georgia. One guy showed up in Denver to help us pack the truck. Two more guys showed up one hour later, by then my husband and the one guy had the truck almost packed. The two guys who showed up late packed everything we own in the world like the truck was a kids toys box, the truck was filled in no order and was an absolute mess. The guys who unpacked the truck in Georgia did an absolute wonderful job and were incredibly professional.
Just a great company all the way around. Great crew. Hard workers.
