DFW to PHX I was thoroughly delighted by the very friendly, responsive gents in both DFW and unloading in the Phoenix area. I used them for all the heavy furniture, Appliances, Tool Box & Large Tools (Table Saw & Drill Press). This is an interim move for us as a new home will be built by November. I'm counting on SML to help me into my new home :)
Pretty good but not exactly as priomised Good part. When the crews arrived they worked at a great pace and completed the job in an efficient fashion. All our goods arrived at the destination undamaged except for a few unavoidable scratches. Bad part. Neither crew loading or unloading was on time, unload crew was 3 hours late as they had been scheduled into another job earlier. Fast and efficient service They loaded the moving truck in a fast and efficient manner.
Just ok and overestimate priced for service provided. The customer service agents were not overly polite or informative. The movers were slow, if my fiancé and I had not had been helping we would not have gotten much completed. The company also waited over 2 weeks to process the payment which was not convienent at all.
Very Helpful Dependable
Movers did a great job. Items arrived packed nicely with no damage. Very happy with service. Will use again.
