AWESOME Arrived on the east coast after driving 2800 miles from the west coast only to learn my crew to unload was unavailable. Panic! I remembered Penske had an arrangement with SML and called them approximately 9:45 a.m. desperate. LaWanda assured me she would do her best to assist me. Amazingly at 11:30 a.m. two buff professional movers arrived and within 2.5 hours they were done. Amazing customer service. Amazing movers. Thank you SML.

Won't use Simply Labor Again 3 young men showed up to unload, two of which had 1 year (or so) of experience. The third was a friend who had little experience. While I'll say they did care about completing the job, they didn't have strength and agility I associate with movers to grab and balance as well as I've seen in the past. While there was little items damaged, we were close, too many times. I'm looking for a more seasoned crew next time.
