Very Accomodating I had to call a number of times because the apartment complex changed the date of move-in on me as well as me being late due to traffic and inclement weather. The two guys were there when I got there and were done unloading the truck in about an hour.

Excellent experience In my view, SML did everything right. From my first point of contact and throughout the move, they maintained excellent communications to make sure everything went smoothly. The two movers that helped us were courteous and professional. When only two people showed up instead of three, the central service person (who had already called ME to make sure all was well) immediately adjusted the rate and even discounted the price for my inconvenience. Great experience! I relocated from TN to Baltimore and needed to do it as cost efficiently as possible. I hired SML to load and unload on both ends of the move. They were wonderful! They arrived on time, were courtesy, efficient, and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again in the future.
