Movers showed up a hour late,but worked fast Upon unloading there were many items damaged and thrown out, ie, lamps, dishes, dresser mirrors, and some wood work. Perhaps packing caused some of the breakage and some blame goes to loading of the truck.
Great experience. Will definitely use than again. The movers were very cautious with moving everything. In storage and organizing it for easy access and protecting everything. They do not just throw it in but actually thought through what they were doing Great service. Prompt professional organized. Will definitely use them again!
Reliable the movers stayed in touch and finished quickly. Both of them were nice and professional.
Good professional curtius crews. Communications with main office a bit lax Both load and unload crews were great! Things did shift a bit in our 1200 mile trip and some scraps, scratches and dings did occure. But no brakage. They were fast, very nice, and willing to do what needed to be done. The less then steller rating was for the cordination from the main office. A rain assumption, they called off the crew befor showtime. It was, and continued to be clear. Movers were over an hour late, but worked hard and made good time We were satisfied with the speed of the movers. It appeared that the truck was being loaded securely, however, upon unloading, it was discovered that a lot of items were broken, ie, lamps, dishes, dresser mirrors and some wood work. Packing on some items could have been the cause, but not properly securing the items certainly contributed to a lot of the damage.
Great job! Though our first team had car trouble, the back up team arrived as soon as possible (about an hour 1/2 late). The guys were courteous and professional. They packed my truck in two hours! I would use the service again!

From the initial phone call to book my appointment to the reminders and confirmations I received as my move got closer, SML was wonderful to work with. On the day of the move I received a phone call and text message from one of my movers confirming my address and updating me on their arrival.
