Excellent and "Simple" process from start to finish. Simply a great process and service. Was told exactly what to expect and it (the service) was delivered perfectly.
So glad I called I was hesitant to hire someone for just moving boxes and furniture, but didn't want to trouble my friends. Best decision EVER! Not only was it effortless for me, the crew knew exactly how to pack the truck -- far more efficiently than I would have guessed. (I could get by with a smaller truck next time!) And not a single thing broke or shifted during the move. The expertise (not to mention the man power) was worth every penny. Excellent In the rush to move my suddenly ill, out of state, parents from their home of 50 years to an assisted care facility ~ so welcome to hear Latoria's calm voice state "we can help you with that." She arranged everything kindly and efficiently; the email reminders were helpful; the crew of Ron and Jesse just terrific; the heirlooms transported to make a new living space much more like home. Great Guys and friendly movers. The movers were on time, friendly, and very quick in moving the items I needed to be loaded from my basement. This is my second time using this company and they are fabulous.
