Excellent Service WE used the service to both load and unload our rental truck. We were kept informed of the process before during and after each process. The workers worked quickly and very efficiently. We are very pleased with the service we received and would definitely use the service again and recommend it to anyone we know who is moving.

Load Moving Truck The two guys that were sent to help were amazing. They worked quickly, extremely safe. They were friendly, knowledgeable and literally used every single inch of the moving truck. They took time to pack anything breakable in a careful way. HIGHLY Recommend. Everything arrived just fine after a 900 mile move. Much appreciated.

Excellent workers Workers were well organized, worked quiclkly. All furniture was packed well in the truck. No damage to anything during move. Good experience.

Poor Setting up the labor through office was good , but the movers they sent to load truck were unorganized and seemed like they never loaded a truck before, I had all boxes loaded so they just had to load furniture, and still i had to supervise and help load truck

Great people. Our one issue was that the truck was packed from floor to ceiling for 7 feet then we had a couple of large items and the rest of the 26 foot truck was empty (we had reached the weight limit). We were unbalanced, top heavy and not safe. Ended up having to redistribute items ourselves after we got on the road. Good service but too expensive. Will not use again because of the cost.

Great service What a good service to have available for those of us who are older and live alone to have professional movers to load and unload for a cross-country move. All went without a hitch, and I even had to change the day of loading 24-hours before schedule....and SML accommodated me without a problem. Great job, SML! I will be happy to recommend your services to friends and family. THANKS!
