Great experience We had a great experience using this group to load our truck. The three guys did a great job and so far we have found no broken things and very little damage. I think they could have been through a little faster if there had been three full time guys a shout not having to trainot the the third guy. Over all a great experience.
Jason and Willy were excellent. They were hard working, pleasant and finishe the job in 2 hours and 15 minutes. As I said about Willy and Jason were excellent but the women who over saw them was not. The movers were at my house at 3pm after calling me which I did not hear my phone. Willy put the start time at 3:15 pm which was when they started. Beware!, If you want a moving company whose people show up late, or damage your belongings or "Don't Move in the Rain!" Then this is the company for you!? Our experience for start to finish was not a good one!!!
Great experience and would use again! It was nice to be able to change arrival time for my loaders the night before and they were prompt and courteous. Thanks to SML, my truck was loaded in a timely manner and everything made it across country safe and sound.
Easy to use I found SML easy to use and they sent good people. The minimum was way more than I ended up needing to unload, so overall I will probably not use them again due to price.
Pick up at Haines City, Fl super professional and efficient. Drop off location less than desirable. Supervisor and one of the guys were hanging out by truck while one young man did most of the work. The attitude from Supervisor was very unprofessional. SML Moving was a life saver for my husband and I as we can no linger lift boxes up and down stairs. Good Experience We used SML movers at both ends of our move from Leland, NC to North Port, FL. Both crews were competent and professional and were able to accomplish the work in the two hours allotted. It was especially nice that FL crew called well ahead of time and let us know they would be available to unload a day earlier, which worked perfectly and saved us a day of truck rental fees. I would recommend adding SML mover help to your Penske truck rental without hesitation.
Great team! They had great service, they were extremely careful with our items and knew exactly how to maneuver them. We will use you again!
