Great people, but packing inadequate Significant damage due to how packing and lack of protection between furniture and appliances. Left 2 dozen blankets unused from 3 dozen. Furniture and washer damaged. Significant crushing due to mismatched footprints.
Very Professional and Careful My experience with my SML team of movers was a very positive experience. The leader, Joseph, was very clear with his communication with me and with the moving team. They were all very careful to ask questions to make clarifications instead of assuming. All things wrapped and moved into truck and then unpack from the truck were to our satisfaction. Who ever took my phone call got the scope of the job wrong Your packers showed up on time and ready to go the problem was they needed more help one guy worked his $@!#% off the other guy talked a lot that's one reason it took 3 and a half hours. I hired a different crew for my unload and they did it in less than 2 hours and they had to go upstairs
Excellent job! The three young men had all of my step-mother's furniture and boxes loaded up in one hour for her move to an apartment in Michigan. Made it very easy for us. Thank you!
