ON TIME, EFFICIENT, CHEERFUL, DAMAGE-FREE. This was my first time using SML; I am thoroughly please with the quality and effectiveness of the crew that was sent to assist mr with my move. I would never consider using anybody else in the future and would enthusiastically recommend SML to my friends for fast, reliable and trouble free service.
Good help unloading. 16' truck, three men done in 2 hours. Overall we had a good experience. We hired SML to help unload truck at destination. They showed up on time and unloaded quickly. Only complaint is that we did separate boxes as they came off of the truck and instructed the movers to locate them in slightly different areas of the home. We did not realize until after they left that the boxes were not separated the way we had asked nor were they stacked neatly.
Excellent experience! These gentlemen were prompt, professional, and friendly. On the loading end I knew it was going to be a tight fit, but they made it work with a little room to spare. Unloading, everything went to the right rooms and they had me unloaded in no time. Would definitely recommend!
The movers done a very good job and placed everything in the rooms they were suppose to go. The guys were very professional and respectful. Would use your service again and recommend it to my friends. Very good experience.
Overall SML was very good! The movers on both ends were very good with the exception of having a small amount of damage to a piece on a bed frame. The communication was excellent and staff friendly on phone and in person. I was use SML again.

Outstanding Tom & Matt arrived on time to our guest -who wasn't quite ready- and they were gracious. Took direction well on moving larger items. Would definitely recommend them to all potential customers.
