Lines went pretty quickly and the globe was really cold and fun! Will be back next year.

The park itself was great. All the employees where very friendly are. My only concern was the restrooms there needs to be so.one there that can ean them up. We had to open 4 doors before we could even enter one
My husband and I bought tickets for our kids and grandkids for Christmas. We had a great family day however we were somewhat disappointed that there was not more loose snow in the Igloo. Our grandchildren were looking forward to playing in the snow and it was very packed and hard. Also, we were only able to tube 3 or 4 times in the 2hr session due to lines and the trip back up. The place was overcrowded and lines were long many people weren’t wearing masks and overall it was just unsanitary and not worth the price you pay
For the price, besides the slopes there is not a lot to do. People were coming in by the exit for the slope lines and no one was really watching the people go in and out of the line. We had an early slot and not even the little shops/food were open. It would have been nice to have it all open. The igloo was fun to go into.
We had good time. Nice place for spending time with kids there. Would like go back again.
Overall wonderful experience for the whole family! Greeters at the bottom were very personable but some at the top seemed less than happy to be there. Didn’t see any name tags so unfortunately can’t give praise to those that deserved it. Vendors were all very warm & friendly! Great evening for Floridians craving a little northern fun!
