We had great Family fun!
Lots of fun
We got a 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm .The parking is 15.00 .Each time you ride is about 25 to 30 minutes. It was a very nice experience .My big concern is that they don't have bathroom only porta potty and is very difficult during the pandemic. Too unsanitary
It was a lot of fun! What could use some improvement is having staff available to assist with carrying the tubes especially if there’s someone older who may struggle a bit with carrying something so heavy. Offering some tips on the website on how to dress for the “park” would be helpful also. If it’s on the website, I missed it. Finally, offering hour increments instead of two hour increments would be great!
Smaller than expected. Tubing was fun, staff was somewhat helpful but definitely room to provide excellent customer service. Igloo mainly for smaller kids. Dress for temperature outdoors, the only cold is inside the igloo and I was fine wearing a short sleeve shirt for 10 minutes. Vendors were fine, food was ok, a tad on the overpriced side. Overall it was a nice experience, something different.
It was a great family experience. However, I really thought the cost was double that what it should have been. Our tickets were $35 a piece plus $15 parking not counting tax.
Great experience and the kids had a great time.
I had a great time with the family on December 27
My child had a blast going up and down the hill but it was hard to do anything in the igloo which was more like dirty ice and people not being respectful of the fact they were not the only ones in there, adults were the worst, not heeding the rules. The fact the snow making machines broke down the first week open was a big disappointment. May the could have let people know and cut the price of a ticket. Look forward to going again next year unless the same thing happens and no snow.
