Igloo and tubing both fun. Would be better if all tubing lanes open to keep lines moving faster and get more turns in during 2 hour windows. Food concessions poor, quality and availability of food and snacks needs much improvement. Overall experience was good for kids.

Our family loves family adventures! For the most part it was a fun afternoon. However, we were so disappointed that my 2 year old grandson was not able to go tubing due to his height. In the future, please have in your advertising the restrictions on tubing, not be able to take any kind of bag on tubes (which we saw some people did. We were told we couldn't, so we had to take ours back to our car) and that there is a cost for parkng. Thank you!

It was a fun time but a bit over priced for the experience. I paid $120 for three people and also had to pay an additional $15 for parking. Food and drink prices were high as well. However, the slopes and snow experience were fun and the staff was friendly.

Great experience. The workers could be a little nicer. There should be more food trucks. The lemonade was horrible. The snow area, should be bigger. But overall good experience for us Floridians ❄️
