Snowcat Ridge is the first Florida Snow Park of its kind featuring snow tubing, snow play, and an Alpine Village. Snowcat Ridge includes a 60-foot-tall, 400-foot-long snow tubing hill, along with a magic carpet lift which will whisk riders and their snow tubes to the top of the hill. Guests will be provided with single, tandem and 6-person family tubes to slide down the snow-covered slope.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The facility was well kept.
Fun experience! Tubing was very organized. I wondered if there should be a separate moving belt for tubes and one for people, and people grab desired tubes at the top. Family style was my favorite. On 3rd ride, slide mgr announced there had to be a min of 4 people and I saw he placed 2 diff families of 4 together in 1 tube. I didnt think that was kosher. I was disappointed in the fact that there was literally no snow. It should not be advertised that way. I did not like the portable bathrooms.. Based on the price of the ticket, bathroom facilities should be available. Rails should be made available for the “people mover “. I did not feel safe on that.
so much fun! no long lines and waiting for hours, continuous tubing with little time in between riding.

The staff was amazing, friendly, helpful, and very attentive. Our time slot was 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. The weather was perfect and everyone got a lot of snow tubing. The igloo was wonderful for making what I called little Florida Snowmen. The only thing I would of liked to have seen are food vendors open. I know it was 9 a.m. but coffee, donuts, danish, churros just some type of breakfast items would be nice to purchase. But with that being said everything else was a fantastic experience.
The experience was ok. It is very over priced for what you get to experience. The lack of food options and shops is what really brings it down. To charge $34.95 a person regardless of age is steep for a snow tube ride and an igloo where people are running and knocking over small children.
Everything was fine except for the food, and drinks, too expensive, and the family tube ride It hursts your but when it is about to stop
This place was great! We had so much fun, the staff was friendly and helpful, very organized during covid19 and they ensured we were all safe. It was an awesome experience!!!
