Below I provide its statements with quotations followed by my comments to set the record straight: "On March 18th, the homeowner called to report he had a leak in his roof. The next day our Construction Manager responded and arranged a time to meet at the homeowner's house. On March 18th, the homeowner called to report he had a leak in his roof. The next day our Construction Manager responded and arranged a time to meet at the homeowner's house. After his initial inspection, it was determined the leaks were NOT caused by our penetrations. The homeowner wanted third party verification, so our managers met with the homeowner's roofer at his house. The homeowner's third-party roofer did not determine the source of the leaks. What a shady company! Just to get a QUOTE, they charge $1000! To come look at your home they charge that amount as 'insurance' in case their worker falls off. A legit company would already have insurance for their employees for something like that. And Only half of which may be given back, but only if you sign with them to do solar panels. I've had quotes from two other companies, who actually came out and laughed when I mentioned that. To be this sneaky to begin with is such a huge flag that they are out to stiff you. I w... read more
