They were great. My only advise is be aware the mostly communicate via email. I am one those who has over 50k message in her inbox so I was slow to reply. Dispite my throwing barriers in their way they got the job done.
I had several issues with this company at first. However, once the issues were brought to the attention of Amin Afshari every single issue was addressed and all problems were resolved. Amin went above and beyond staying in constant contact with me and keeping me updated on the status of the project. Could not be more satisfied with the solar panel installation from Solar Optimum. From the first contact, they impressed me by sending us information from the California Public Utilities commission that included helpful information and questions to consider and ask of all companies. Nothing impresses me more about a business than, when notified of issues, they check in and do what they can to resolve the issues. And apologize. The folks at Solar Optimum did all of this, and although the issues we had were no fun, they happened, and now Solar Optimum is trying to make it right. This company is amazing. I chose it for my solar installation based upon reviews by EnergySage. It far exceeded my expectations. They replaced a portion of my roof and then installed solar panels. UPDATES AFTER ONE MONTH Once I left a review and it was published after a day or two their representative called me to fix my problem. Lady said that she is a customer service manager or something like that. She said that someone will visit me in the next day or two and they will fix my problem with one panel and an Enphase Envoy device. Their rep visited me and he found an issue - and all panels started working fine the same day. First off my whole experience with solar optimum has been wonderful and communication has been so fast and clear. James,our sales rep,has been super transparent and spent a lot of time explaining the different products to me as well as the timeframe of our project. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for solar!
