Chris came out and diagnosed what 4 others have not been able to. Then, they ordered and came back as planned and actually fixed it. I can't remember having as good an experience before. No, I don't know anyone at Solar. We . are just that happy. I'm so glad the manufacturer recommended them.

I called Whirlpool for a local, authorized repair service company and was given Solar Refrigeration & Appliance Service. The process to get an appointment and also change the appointment was great. The technician came between the allotted time frame for a service call price of $92.95 plus tax. The fee would have gone toward the $555.00+ repair; however, we chose not to repair the ice maker at almost 1/2 the cost of the refrigerator! We make sure that our repair costs are in line with, and are based on the Appliance Blue Book, which is the national standard pricing guide for appliance repairs.
