My washer died. I called Solar because they were great when my dryer went out. They sent a repairman the same day. Chad was extremely polite and professional. After draining the drum and checking the components, he found the problem with the drain pump and told me the cost to replace the pump. I have 30 days to decide whether to replace the pump or replace the ten-year old washer. I will call Solar every time I need service with an appliance.

He solve the problem in a timely manner with less expensive materials than would have been required and the refrigerator is still working perfectly 2 weeks after his service call.

The whole experience with was great, from scheduling the appointment, to them doing the work! They confirmed their appointment the day before, the technician called 1/2 hour before they arrived and were quick and efficient! The cost was what they quoted! I will definitely use them again!

Chris and his partner arrived when they said they would. They both put on "footies" to cover their shoes b4 entering the house. The partner started diagnosing the dishwasher and Chris started on the refrigerator. They clean up afterward and explained their work to me. The only question I have is about the invoice for the refrigerator. It will need a new 'ice moving' container to dispense the ice. I need to make sure I understand the charges for this. We will use your company again if we need appliance service. Thanks
