Im sure your product is excellent as I have used many Wilson antennas since the late 1980's . This time, your employee which prepared my order shipped the antenna whip that did that was not designed for the Wilson 5/8 2 Meter. Customer Service was nice enough to ship out the correct whip immediately. Tighten up there in the shipping department guys and try not to embarrass your fine company name.
Antenna accessories. I live not far away so wanted to pick up at Novi warehouse. Did not see an obvious option for arranging this on the web order form, so did Customer Service chat with Ashley. Got that arranged on a Monday, said I'd be by on Wednesday morning for pickup. On arrival, I noticed that none of the items in my order were on the Customer Pickup shelf. I wrote a wrong review and not sure how to remove it but I was not reviewing the purchase I made here sorry but am satisfied with the purchase as it has done exactly as it was supposed to per the product description and again sorry for the poor review of some other purchase on your,site
I recently installed one of these on a friends house and she is now picking up channels she never had before with a 20-year old antenna. It worked so good I ordered one for myself
